Description

This machine is continuous ice-cream freezer. The ice cream freezer will mix the clear air into ice cream material so that it can get to the expansion rate. The ice cream material will be continuously agitated and transport out by stainless tube when the ice cream change more cold material.
 

Functions

The continuous ice cream freezer composed of international top brand compressor or customized compressor as requested (with an independent Freon refrigeration system), valves and other kits.

All food contacting parts are made of 304 stainless steels except the freezing cylinder. Freezer Cylinder standard is Carbon steel with hard chrome plating. If you need stainless steel with hard chrome plating, please inform in advance.With cleaning parts conveniently disassembled and easily cleaned, it ensures stationery standard of the food processing.
