Homogenizer is suitable for homogenizing and emulsifying liquid materials with viscosity lower than 0.2pa. S and temperature lower than 80 ºC.

Homogenizer is widely used in dairy, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, textile, biochemical engineering and other industries. It can reduce the problems of easy stratification and precipitation of natural health drinks with protein and plant fiber.

After high pressure homogenization, the material has many advantages: high stability, reducing stratification, improving storage quality, accelerating reaction time, saving additives, etc.

Product Parameters

Through the reciprocating motion of the three plungers, the processed materials are sent to the homogenization valve in the form of high pressure, so that the moment when the materials flow through the small gap between the valve disc and the valve seat are subjected to the combined forces of turbulence, cavitation and shear, and the original rough emulsion is processed into fine, uniform and stable liquid-liquid mixed emulsion or liquid-solid dispersion.

The average fineness of emulsification is less than 1um, and the average particle size of solid dispersion is less than 2um. It integrates the functions and principles of internal jet, ultrasonic homogenizer, chest mill and ball mill.
