Spiral Freezer SF300
The spiral freezer is a high-efficiency quick freezing device with compact structure. It is mainly used for quick-freezing processing of pasta, seafood, poultry, vegetables, fruits, dairy products and other foods. Freezing capacity can be customized.
Performance Characteristics
1.The rapid freezing does not produce large ice crystals. The quality and freshness of the food remain maximized as original.
2.The surface of the food quickly hardens and crusts, which can lock the internal moisture and minimize the drying loss of frozen products.
3.The freezing time is extremely short and the energy consumption is low.
4.Under the premise of same capacity, it has less space requirement than the traditional quick freezer.

1) Stainless Steel Conveyor Belt
The conveyor belt is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which has flat surface and ensures hygienic requirements. The conveyor belt will be equipped with protective edges both sides, which can prevent the products from dropping down from the belt during operation. The rod end of the conveyor belt adopts spherical structure, which can make sure not scrape or loosen during operation.
2) Insulation Panel
We adopt self-extinguishing flame-retardant polyurethane sandwich panels laminated both sides by stainless steel board. The panels will be assembled by eccentric hooks. PUF sandwich panels, 150mm thick with 42kg/m3 density.
3) Access Door
The special used cold storage door, which is sealed with low temperature resistance, aging resistance and oil resistance sealing strips. The seal is very tight to prevent cool leakage. The door will be equipped with safe voltage electric heating device to prevent freezing. Safe and reliable.
4) Inner Structure
* The frame, inner bracket, air guiding board, mesh belt, large water collecting plate, guiding rail and other components inside spiral freezer are made of food grade 304 stainless steel (except the motors and reducers);
* The friction parts between the mesh belt and the guide rail are all made of ultra- high molecular polyethylene material;
* The drum adopts squirrel cage structure and the ultra-high molecular polyethylene material inlaid on the drum vertical bar makes the drum more
reliable when contacting and separating from the mesh belt to ensure the safety of frozen products.
5) Evaporator and Fans
* The evaporator pipes and fins are made of all-aluminum (rust-proof aluminum alloy) with large fins, variable fin pitches, and high flanging, which can greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator, extends the defrosting interval time and it is highly efficient and energy-saving.
6) Belt Tension System and Anti-Turning Up System:
The belt tension system adopts floating shaft with weight blocks, which can automatically adjust the tension of the belt.
Under each layer of belt, it will be equipped with anti-turning up detection and alarming system, which can guarantee the spiral belt will not turn up during operation and make sure the products are safe.
7) Water Tray and Drainage:
* We will put an integral stainless-steel large water tray on top of the floor panels to prevent defrosting water seeping into the floor panels and prolong the service life of the spiral freezer.
There will be a number of drains at the bottom of the cabinet in accordance with HACCP standards.
