Tunnel Cooler TC300

The tunnel cooler is a high-efficiency quick cooling device with relatively simple structure. It is mainly used for quick-freezing process of pasta, seafood, poultry, vegetables, fruits, dairy products and other foods. Freezing capacity can be 100kg/h-2000kg/h.
 

Characteristic:

1. The very quick freezing will prevent large ice crystals forming effectively. The quality and freshness of the food after quick freezing will remain maximized as original.

2. The food surface will quickly get harden and crusted, which can lock the internal water and minimize the drying loss of frozen products.

3. The freezing time is extremely short and the energy consumption is low.

4. The tunnel freezers occupy much less space than the traditional quick freezers.

1) Stainless Steel Conveyor Belt

The conveyor belt is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which has flat surface and ensures hygienic requirements. The total belt width is 1800mm and the available food seating area is 20.16 Square meter, which fully meets the capacity requirement of 300kg/h.

2)Insulation Panel

We adopt self-extinguishing flame-retardant polyurethane sandwich panels

laminated both sides by stainless steel board. The panels will be assembled by

eccentric hooks.
